    This is a beautiful souvenir program from the Original Cleveland production of the JACQUES BREL, ERIC BLAU and MORT SHUMAN musical "JACQUES BREL IS ALIVE AND WELL AND LIVING IN PARIS" at the Playhouse Square Cabaret in Cleveland, Ohio. (The Original Off-Broadway production opened January 22nd, 1968 at the Village Gate Theatre in New York City and ran for 1847 performances. The Original Cleveland production opened April 18th, 1973 and what had originally been scheduled as a three-week run turned into a two-year marathon, becoming the longest running theatre production in Cleveland history, smashing the original record of 28 weeks by "Abie's Irish Rose" in 1924.) ..... The musical starred DAVID BEMIS, DAVID O. FRAZIER, PROVIDENCE HOLLANDER and THERESA PITEO ....
