HOW TO PURCHASE FLOORING
If you would like a sample before you order the flooring you can go ahead and order it and we will ship it out.
If you like what you see in the photos provided and you're ready to place an order you can message us and we will message you our direct email and phone number for you to have the option to send us an email
or give us a call.
We will need your full name, billing address, phone number and the amount of square feet you need in order to create an estimate for you. We will email back the estimate and once the estimate is approved, we will create a Sales Order and will email you a credit card form to fill out and send back along with a picture of a Valid US License ID of the credit card holder. After the payment is processed we will ship your order within 1-3 business days depending on the size of the order.
Returns: Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase **IF** the flooring is defected (based on the manufacturer warranty) or if it arrived damaged by the shipping company (if damaged, pictures of the damages are required to be emailed to us right away)

Shipping Information
SAMPLES: Samples will ship within 1-2 business days. If you order a sample on the weekend it will ship Monday.
Orders over 50 sqft are shipped via ESTES Express Lines. Orders under 50 sqft are shipped either Fedex or UPS.
Your order will be shipped to the closest Estes Express Terminal in your area and will need to be picked up there. You can check for the closest Estes Terminals in your area here:

. As soon as the order is shipped we will email you the tracking number so you can keep track of where your order is. After your order has arrived, you can go pick it up at your closest Estes Express Terminal and provide them with the tracking number and they will release the order to you.
The cost of Freight shipping varies depending on where in the country you're located. Orders shipped directly to your home will have an extra fee and will be listed in the estimate if you ask for a home delivery.
