(The Original Broadway production opened February 14th, 1972 at the Eden Theatre, moved on June 7th, 1972 to the Broadhurst Theatre and finally settled into the Royale Theatre November 21st, 1972 for over seven years, running for 3388 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... a few years later. It went on to become a
    West End
    hit, a
    hugely successful film
, and was followed by two successful
    Broadway
revivals in 1994 and 2007. (Wikipedia)
