This is a rare advertising handbill (flyer) promoting ticket sales for thePre-Broadway engagement of the JOHN KANDER and FRED EBB musical hit "CABARET" at the Shubert Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts. (The production would open November 20th, 1966 at New York's Broadhurst Theatre, move to the Imperial Theatre on March 7th, 1967 and run for 1165 performances.) ..... This single page, two-sided handbill measures 6" X 12" inches and includes production credits and wonderful graphics and production credits on the front and individual photos of the leading actors, promotional text and a ticket order form on the backside ..... CONDITION: With the exception of slight discoloration and a fold across the middle, this rare handbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
