    Original Broadway production of the MARC SHAIMAN and SCOTT WITTMAN musical comedy hit "HAIRSPRAY" at the Neil Simon Theatre in New York City. (The production opened August 15th, 2002 at the Neil Simon Theatre in New York City and closed January 4th, 2009 after a run of 2642 performances.) ..... Winner of eight Tony Awards including "Best Musical", the show starred MARISSA JARET WINOKUR as "Tracy Turnblad" and HARVEY FIERSTEIN as "Edna Turnblad" (both won Tony Awards in their respective categories) and featured MATTHEW MORRISON (star of TV's "Glee") as "Link Larkin", LAURA BELL BUNDY, DICK LATESSA (Tony Award for "Best Featured Actor in a Musical"), MARY BOND DAVIS, KERRY BUTLER, LINDA HART, JACKIE HOFFMAN, COREY REYNOLDS, CLARKE THORELL, JOEL VIG and DANELLE EUGENIA WILSON ..... CONDITION: With the exception of a surface abrasion on the address side of the sleeve where a seal was removed, this rare autographed promo disc is in excellent condition and will be carefully packaged for safe transport.
