Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, please contact us as soon as possible to have the replacement being arranged.
Defective
If your item arrives defective, please contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange pick up of the defective item(s),
but rest assured that we will cover all shipping costs and offer of replacement (if available) or a full refund.
When possible we test some tools to make sure there is no DOA. I will test them on your request, Include a note in massage area when paying.
Warranties

Exchange
Items returned within 30 days of receipt may be refunded less a 25% restocking fee.
