    Pickled Spiced Watermelon Rind is made with our special blend of spices. The brine is sweet and vinegary just like any pickling should be. You can see the allspice and cinnamon in the jars!
    The 16 oz. pint jars can be stored in the refrigerator for one month after opening...if they last that long! Unopened in the cupboard, they are typically good for 12-18 months.
    Perfect accompaniment with BBQ, a charcuterie board or just with a fork out the jar!
    The watermelon is from our farm, we do not buy commercial watermelons!
    We will automatically send a regular metal lid and ring or you can get with a reusable PET lid (which fits on mayo jars and the like!)
