This is a rare piece of sheet music for the song "HOW FAR AWAY IS FAR AWAY" which was cut out-of-town from the Original Broadway production of the WILL HOLT and DAVID BAKER musical comedy flop "COME SUMMER" which played the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in New York City. (The production opened March 18th, 1969 and closed after only seven performances.) ..... The musical starred RAY BOLGER in his final Broadway stage appearance and featured DAVID CRYER, CATHRYN DAMON, BARBARA SHARMA, MARGARET HAMILTON, WILLIAM COTTRELL, WILLIAM LE MASSENA and JOHN GERSTAD .....
