MEUCCI
Pool Cue.  I believe this model is the "Hook."  Color is predominantly black, with graphics of a hook and a pool cue/balls.  I believe the wood to be maple.  Weight is 506 grams.  Unbranded soft case included.
I am not an expert on pool cues, so feel free to send me information if any of this is inaccurate.  I know that Meucci is a respected brand, as I used to work in a pool hall/restaurant and we sold these new (retail between 0-1,500).

FUC - Fair Used Condition - Similar or more signs of prior use than GUC items, but there may be some functional deficits or a significant aesthetic deficit.
