Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging it was received, unless damaged.
Item must be returned in the same condition as shipped. If your item was new in the original factory packaging, it must be returned in the same condition, in the factory packaging unopened.
We will not accept for return any used Hygiene or makeup products, these items will only be refunded if they are unused, if you use it you own it, absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
